I’m a 26-year-old filmmaker based in Leicestershire, with Scottish roots and a love for telling stories about people, places and communities.
My filmmaking journey started after travelling to The Gambia with a local charity, where I picked up a camera to document the incredible people, experiences and stories around me.
What began as simply capturing memories quickly became something much bigger, a passion for creating films that make people feel something.
That trip inspired me to launch Just Connor Films, and since then I’ve been lucky enough to work with couples, businesses, charities and communities, helping them share their stories through film.

Connor
I don’t believe the best moments can always be planned.
My style is relaxed and documentary-led, allowing stories to unfold naturally rather than forcing them to happen.
I like to blend into the background, capture real interactions and create films that feel personal to the people in them.
No awkward posing.
No pretending.
Just real stories, beautifully told.

Capturing the emotions, people and moments that make your day unforgettable.

Helping brands show the people, passion and personality behind what they do.

Exploring communities, experiences and stories that deserve to be shared.

Preserving the atmosphere, excitement and memories of special occasions.
My love for storytelling has also led me to create Scotland’s Edge — an independent documentary series exploring the people, places and stories that shape Scotland’s communities.
The idea was born while travelling the canals aboard my narrowboat, where I realised the most interesting stories are often found in everyday people.
Beginning in my hometown of Campbeltown and the Kintyre peninsula, Scotland’s Edge represents everything I love about filmmaking, real people, real places and stories worth preserving.

I’ve always believed that the best stories come from real experiences, real people and the moments you don’t always expect.
Away from filming, you’ll usually find me exploring somewhere new, travelling the UK’s waterways aboard my narrowboat Ardea, planning the next adventure, or looking for the next story waiting to be told.
My love for travel, communities and meeting new people has shaped the way I approach filmmaking.
I’m naturally curious about people, where they’ve come from, what they do and the stories that have made them who they are.
That curiosity is what drives every film I create.
Everyone has a story.
Whether you’re planning your wedding, building a business or creating something meaningful, I’d love to help capture it.
Let’s create something worth remembering.
