Corporate Video Production

To keep my corporate video production services as affordable as possible, travel within Leicestershire is included in my package pricing.

Projects taking place outside Leicestershire may incur a reasonable travel charge based on distance.

For productions requiring an early start, late finish or significant travel time, overnight accommodation may also be required. Accommodation will always be charged at cost, and I'm more than happy to stay in a budget hotel, guest house or hostel if it helps keep your production costs down. My priority is delivering outstanding video content, not staying somewhere expensive.

Any travel or accommodation costs will always be discussed and agreed before filming, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden fees.

A booking is secured once the project scope has been agreed. Editing begins after filming has been completed, with final delivery times varying depending on the size and complexity of the project. Any additional filming, editing or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur an additional charge, which will always be discussed beforehand.

For your peace of mind, Just Connor Films is fully insured, including Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance, allowing me to film at offices, commercial premises, events and venues across the UK with confidence and professionalism. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the completed videos may be featured within the Just Connor Films portfolio, website and social media channels to showcase my work. If your project requires confidentiality or a non-disclosure agreement, this can be discussed before filming.

Drone footage is included where stated in the package and is subject to safe flying conditions, airspace restrictions and Civil Aviation Authority regulations. If drone filming is not possible due to weather, location restrictions or safety concerns, alternative ground-based footage will be captured where appropriate.
