Travel & Accommodation
To keep my services as affordable as possible for Pride events videography, travel costs may apply for events outside of Leicestershire.
Where an overnight stay is required, accommodation will be charged at cost. I'm not interested in luxury hotels at your expense; I simply need a safe, practical place to stay so I can be rested and ready to capture your event at its very best with my cinematic festival videography.
If that means staying in a hostel, budget hotel, or local B&B, I'm more than happy to do so. My priority is delivering exceptional LGBTQ+ community films, not adding unnecessary costs to your event.
Any travel or accommodation expenses will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden charges.
My aim is to make professional videography accessible to Pride events and community organisations across the UK, regardless of their budget.
